KYN □ -12 (8 BK80) indoor metal armoured away switch equipment (referred to switch equipment) is the introduction from German SIEMENS company 8 BK80-switching equipment technology, and our company produce a new type of indoor electrical equipment. This equipment is a growth of a new cabinet designed specifically for the Asian region by SIEMENS.Its design not only give full consideration to China's existing standards, but line with China's national conditions; Switch equipment are both common steel and Al-Zn review board, level of security achieve IP4X, applicable to 3.6-12 KV three-phase AC 50 Hz single bus segmented system, for control, protection, surveillance and measurement purposes. The product lines with the GB3960, GB311, GB11022, DL/T404, IEC298, and other standard requirements. KYN-12 (88K80) is not installed against the wall.

When the switch equipment is installed higer than 1000 m, must in consultation with the manufacturers  about manufacturing technology. When the switch equipment installed ambient temperature increase, it should be forced ventilation in the cabinet, to enhance the bus carrying capacity. When the switch gear is running in the environment with dew, must be installed dew controller.
