On July 15th at 1:00 PM, a Half-year Summary-up meeting was held in Multi-purposes hall.It is the purpose that the Huaye review the first half-year work achievement and summarize the existing problems, in which guarantee the production come true and deploy the focus of work for the second half of the year. 
This meeting was host by Chairman Ma Liming and attended by from every Department heads and staffs in key position.During the meeting, firstly, each shop supervisor respectively reported on the problems and work ideas in the guaranteeing production process. By through deep analysis to first half-year work, we have found out that there are some disadvantages and improvement needed in management in the “Self-propelled (mode)”.To the existed problems, we have provided relevant solutions which includes that strengthening internal communication among all departments, optimizing workflow, establishing “Self-propelled mode ”among the basic.
When discussing the following half-year plan, We have clarified the company's strategic objectives which fully guarantee Production targets planned at the beginning of this year, Business targets and Receivables targets. For achieving all those targets, we will take a series of measures which includes strengthening the Product R&D jobs, optimizing the production process, expanding business information portal, “Self-propelled mode”inspiration etc. In a addition, we will strengthen communication with clients and suppliers, which ensures that our product and service will better meet the requirement of market.
