1 Application

2 Environmental conditions
2.1 Normal working conditions
Normal working conditions shall be within the limits specified below:
a) The upper limit of ambient air temperature is +40 ° C and the lower limit is -5 ° C.
b) Altitude: not more than 2000m.
c) The average relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 95% (20℃±5℃)
d) In a gas or steam environment without damaging the insulation.
e) Fixed installation and use.

2.2 Special working conditions
Working conditions that do not meet the requirements specified in 2.1 are special working conditions and are manufactured in accordance with the agreement signed with the user.

5.1 Product structure and dimensions
The general low-voltage switchgear for mining is mainly composed of isolating switch, circuit breaker, current transformer, fuse, transfer switch, signal light and cabinet.
5.2 Electrical Principle

Precautions for installation, commissioning, operation and use
GKD(KYGD) mining general low-voltage switchgear before installation, should carefully check whether the shell and electrical components are damaged by collision during transportation, and whether the tightening bolts are loose. The technical documents and the factory certificate of the product shall be consistent with the product.
6.1 Location Installation
GKD(KYGD) mining general low-voltage switchgear is mainly used in no gas, no coal dust explosion risk of the roadway or chamber place. It should be installed vertically with a tilt Angle of no more than 5°.
6.2 Matters needing attention
6.2.1 Disconnect the power switch during long-term shutdown or maintenance.
6.2.2 Electrical parameters, specifications and models of relevant components shall not be changed during maintenance.
6.2.3 The product shall not be connected with other equipment without joint inspection.
6.2.4 This product does not specify the connection equipment, and it can be connected with other equipment only after passing the joint inspection.
6.2.5 Pay attention to prevent moisture and dust during maintenance.
7 Transportation and storage
7.1 Transportation
The PACKAGED GKD(KYGD) general low-voltage switchgear for mining can be applied to various transportation modes such as highway, railway, waterway and air transportation under the condition of avoiding sun, rain and snow direct immersion, falling and collision.
7.2 Storage
The packaged switchgear shall be stored in a well-ventilated warehouse with an altitude of 2000 meters, an ambient temperature of -5℃ ~ +40℃, an average relative humidity of no more than 95% (+20℃±5℃), no corrosive gas, and a storage period of 18 months. After the storage period, the switchgear shall be re-inspected according to the factory inspection content.
